28. I chose a totally different path for my entire career. I
dropped my regular studies in the 6th standard itself. From
studying in religious institutions away from home, I
developed my passion and interest in social studies,
especially the law. At the time, studies apart from religious
matters were not promoted by any of the students studying
religious or moral studies. But with I managed to complete
th
my studies till 12 through open schooling and consistent
and restless efforts. This was a motivational factor for other
fellow junior students. All Muslim institutions started
coming up with the same method for their students. This
was the first milestone where I realized that guidance is also
one of his greatest strengths.
From a middle-class family, I faced a lot of issues with
funding for my education. When I started studying at Jamia
institution, I was driven to get admission into Aligarh
University. Aligarh is in the top 10 universities in India. I
started working on holidays to go for coaching to get into
the university. I studied with the help of my friends in
coaching and successfully gained admission to Aligarh
University to fulfill my dream BA and LLB.
After my LLB degree, I wanted to study at a world-
recognized university with an international degree.
Ultimately leading to studying in one of the top universities
in the world was, the Russel Group University, York
University, for my LLM. This was an incredible journey,
and many were inspired by my journey from the top ten of
Indian degrees to the top 500 international degrees. Many

Going to the UK for studies was quite challenging for me.
Much misguidance and wrong information were received. A
master’s in LLM in Human rights has brought me closer to
services. The challenges of studying abroad initially made

Being an experienced leader, share your opinion on how

to the change?
As a rising competitor in education consultants, we are out
to provide all the digital services to our students, starting
from an Aptitude test for each applicant and to the
presentations through PowerPoint. Once entered into our
office, the career counsellor evaluates the student. The
counsellors understand their academic qualification, marks,
previous history, family background, and income.
Then he/she undergoes the aptitude test, which clearly
identifies the student’s career and interest in the study. Then
a university and a course for the affordable study are
determined for the students.
A virtual tour of the campus and a study plan is presented
digitally. The registration process is either through online
banking or cash. This literally means that a candidate’s
virtual presence is only needed for registrations and
applications. All the documents can be submitted through
scanned copies through WhatsApp or email. This is very
helpful for students in different places because their work or
studies are not even interrupted.
What initial challenges did you face, and what are the
challenges now?
There are many challenges and problems while bringing up

and domain expertise, it required only their budgetary
approval. Instead, they are spreading their network
through positive word of mouth about our expert

What would be your advice to budding entrepreneurs
who aspire to venture into the consultancy niche?
I recommend that entrepreneurs who are keen to start
their consulting journey stick to their area of expertise
instead of copying others. I have seen many consultants
dealing with diversified services related to different
requirements of the industry. They accept whatever
assignments come on their way, even if that is now an
area of expertise. Don’t do that. Make your brand image
for the particular specialization.
In the changing scenario, how do you envision scaling
Transformation’s operations and offerings in 2022 and
beyond?
After the post covid era, businesses are regaining
momentum in their respective sectors. The one positive
thing that happened was the adaptability of the technology.
Now even Micro and small enterprises are becoming
technology-friendly, specializing in virtual work. It has led
to more opportunities for a hybrid work environment. Due
to the physical nature of consulting practices, business was
earlier restricted to the nearby geographical area. Now
companies are open to associating with remote business
associates.
These helped our company explore the association
opportunities in the long-distance MSME companies and
MSME associations. Currently, some projects are in the
pipeline in Maharashtra, Punjab, MP, and West Bengal,
apart from Gujarat. We have a solid plan to establish our
footprint in the other state as an MSME and Start-up
consultant in 2022.
