might encounter.
Also, an important aspect of being a franchisee is
that your personality aligns with the industry. We
always look for self-starters, those with
experience in management, but most importantly,
they are willing and want to be independent.
Sincerely It’s hard for me to understand why
more people don’t take the opportunity to bet on
themselves and become their own boss. There are
resources available to them, and we hold their
hand through the whole process. This industry
requires a strong time commitment for the first
six months, but once you set up your salon, it's
basic supervision if you hire good people.
How do you envision scaling your franchise
services and new business offerings in the
future?
We want everyone to have access to the
Bellacures experience, and we have made plans
to continue expanding throughout Southern
California and enter Florida as well to tap into
