Nowadays career is not associated with one particular professional performance, but
with a professional development, with a logical life-long personal improvement and
development. It refers not only to working life, but also leisure activities, studies and
family life.
Horizontal career – a process, in which a person professionally improves his/her
qualification, improves and strengthens his/her value in the job market.
Vertical career – refers to the person’s movement up to career hierarchy steps, his/her
status, competences and income, as well as time factor.

different subjects, the results will show you which professional area gives you the
most appropriate possibilities to use your skills – apprx 20 min - do the test
