your observation of the teacher’s behavior and skill in the classroom. (If information of a

B. Continuously strives for improvement
C. Exhibits characteristics associated with “teaching excellence”
Satisfactory (2):
A. Uses appropriated management techniques in & out of the classroom
B. Uses appropriate teaching methodologies in the classroom
C. Demonstrates professionalism in all aspects of his/her job
Unsatisfactory (1):
A. Reveals weakness in sound teaching practices and performances
B. Reveals a need for improvement in teaching techniques
C. Teaching methods and/or professional behavior are not acceptable
