2. • Have the following mobile applications installed on their Android devices
• Location & GPS must be switched on at all times during a delivery assignment

3. Appropriately Dressed:
 honestbee t-shirt at all times
 honestbee lanyard with deliverer ID card
 Long pants / jeans
 Covered shoes (No flip-flops / sandals)
 Caps / hats not allowed during delivery
 Sunglasses not allowed during delivery
No smoking when handling orders

4. Due to safety issues,
• Flip-Flops / Sandals – Not Allowed
• Covered Shoes only
Rainy Weather
Crocs Footwear - Allowed
If a biker is found with the strap above the ankle, the biker will be given 5 demerit points,
which will result in immediate suspension.

5. Punctuality (more than 15mins late will have a $25 penalty)

Professionalism
Greet customer over the phone “Hi I’m …. from honestbee here to deliver your food”.

Termination
Anyone who fail to follow the guidelines set, will be given a verbal warning and/or
terminated with immediate effect. We will terminate the contract if any cyclist is found to
be unprofessional, irresponsible, dishonest, and uncooperative.
