Casey Cinema Promotion Campaign
Who Casey Is
She’s 26 and works in PR, she doesn’t get around to go the
cinema often because she’s busy with her social life and
working, she doesn’t have time to read he newspaper. Casey
lives with her friend Charlotte and only have a small collection
on DVD’s which are from different genre’s. She spends a lot of
time on social networking site and Youtube, she hears about
new films through word of mouth.
Cinema Promotion


Two for one offers for her and her friend to go to the cinema on Sundays
because that could be her day off of work, but bad because it’s after
Saturday and she might have gone out. And to stop her from illegally
downloading it



Could be offers in 3D to create a buzz about the film because she may be up
to date with technology



Let her know where the local cinema is



Sending Cinema Vouchers to claim through email because she works and
uses emails a lot
How to promote the film before its released


Advertisement around public transport and on the street so maybe on her
way back from work she sees the advertisements on the tube or on the buss



Advertisement spot to appear on Facebook newsfeed or on Twitter Timeline
when she’s on Social media scrolling down the time lines



Youtube teaser trailers or adverts before video’s star and around Youtube
because she watches a lot of stuff on Youtube



An advertisement in the Metro newspaper which may be read on the tube
to and from her way to work
When the film is released


Actors and celebrities tweeting about the film some actors that she follows
on Twitter or have liked on Facebook



Premier in an iconic location so that everyone knows that it’s going on that’s
will hopefully create a word of mouth conversation.



The film can be in association with restaurants , for example promotional
things on the menu’s, when she’s with her social group going out for a meal
and may be topic of conversation
