Looking back at your preliminary task,
what do you feel you have learnt in the
progression from it to the full
production?
2. From looking at the preliminary task we started back at the start of the
year, I have developed a greater understanding of the subject and
increased my knowledge of the codes and conventions of a Front cover
page, Contents page and Double page Spread. I have done this by using
professional magazines to help and guide me to gain the best mark when
coming to end production. Also i have developed my creative skills by
thinking of different ways text can put and adding various different shapes
and media stylistic effects to help succeed with my magazine. Another way
of how i have progressed throughout this production is that I have gained
a better development of camera skills. I can now using different camera
angles to different affects which will also help gain a good mark when it
comes to getting my product marked. And of course i have gained a great
knowledge of using the technology i have used such as Photoshop and
Quark because i have used them so much since the start of the
Preliminary task.
3. To conclude I have gain a great knowledge of how different
magazines are designed and how they are effected by different
media techniques and media stylistic affects because they can make
the difference of making a product looks professional and
unprofessional by just a couple of pointers.
