Functional Requirements
• Analyse, Understand, Recommend and Develop the client’s business processes and suggest them ERP based
Solutions.
• Create Functional Specifications, Gap Analysis and System Design documents.
• Interact with development team on a day to day basis to get the solutions developed and monitor the progress
of the same.
• Functional Testing of the solutions developed by technical team.
• Manage and Implement User Acceptance Testing programme
• Create Data migration plan and whole data migration.
• Configure the ERP as per the client’s needs.
• Provide Training and Support to ERP users.
• Managing Project Scope and Change Control processes.
• Managing Project deliverables in line with Project Plan.
• Communicate with clients on the day to day basis.
