     ITEX is the leading marketplace for cashless business transactions. www.itex.com. Responsible for managing,
        directing, strategic marketing and planning, growing revenue and fostering the development for both inside and
        outside sales for Northeast Ohio. Support the integration of ITEX’s acquisitions, most recently the national trade
        system, Super Trade/Super Media. This includes directing all inside sales marketing and customer support for
        converted Super Trade members in Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Indiana, Texas and California

BarterCorp/Intagio Regional District Manager – (June 1995 – July 2007)
        • July 2007 ITEX Acquires Intagio
        • 2006-Promoted to Intagio National Sales Account Manager. Intagio was the industry leader in corporate
             barter and national barter media placement services. Intagio helped companies recover the value of excess
             capacity (non-performing assets) in a profitable manner through business-to-business barter. www.intagio.com
             Developed trained and managed the national Intagio Barter Sales Division (San Francisco, Chicago,
             Cleveland, Milford, CT and Cape Cod.) Also, maintained the sales, marketing and the developmental
             responsibilities for my Ohio Regional client base.
