1. ‘G g’ Introducing the sound.
Using posters and flashcards as visual support to help children
recognize the sounds.
2. Action to help children remember the sound.
‘Spiral hand down as if water gurgling down a plug hole, and
say g, g, g, g, g gurgle’
3. Song. Using a song as a funny way for children to become
more confident with the sound.

4. Writing. Using worksheets to write capital and small
‘G g’.
Firstly, children will use their index finger following the shape of
the letter and later they will use the pencil.
5. Activities to reinforce their learning and help them to

work individually.
