                                                          As the IT department of Cameron Communications, Unibill produced their

                                                          Network, Unibill was there with support for Equal Access. At the dawn of
                                                          cellular communications, Unibill was there with complete business process
                                                          flows spanning subscriber acquisition to cash management. The Telecom Act
                                                          of 1996 resulted in Unibill supporting one of the largest competitive local
                                                          exchange carriers whereas the license auctions for personal communications
                                                          services foretold Unibill’s entry into wireless prepaid and eventual PrePostPay
                                                          convergence. In fact, whatever the direction of technology or regulation…
