Advantages of location:
-As the location is a large outdoor area, I will be able to move around and film in a variety of
different places which will be good for both my narrative and performance elements as it will
enable my video to include a lot of variety.
-Due to the fact that I will be in open areas for the majority of my filming time, I will be able to
use some elements of natural lighting which can sometimes look very effective and more
realistic.
-There are many beautiful things that will be recognised in the background of my footage
which again could make the video a lot more visually pleasing.
2. Location Considerations: (problems, timings, permission etc)
-As this is purely an outdoor location I will have to ensure that I film my footage any time
before 7pm as that is the time it begins to get dark at the moment and I am predominantly
relying on the natural lighting from the sun to light my footage.
-My location is a public area, therefore there may be members of the public walking around
at the time I am filming so I will need to ensure that I don’t get any of them in the
background of my footage or cause any inconvenience for them.
