2. Eastcote House Gardens (The Secret Garden)
I have chosen to use the area of Eastcote House Gardens as my main location for my
music video, as I personally feel as though the location is very mysterious, scenic and
definitely suits not only the style of my song but also the general theme and story
that the lyrics are telling. As the gardens are very secluded and isolated, I feel like
this is a perfect location to have my artist walk around, as the main story behind my
music video is the loneliness my artist is feeling after going through a breakup with
his girlfriend. Moreover, the gardens reflect more of a natural environment and for
some people it will enable them to see a sense of personal identity being portrayed
(uses and gratifications.)
3. Rickmansworth Aquadrome:
One of my secondary locations is the Aquadrome, as the this location is a lot bigger
than my primary location and has a large lake, which I thought would be a interesting
place to film my footage around as it will give the video a much broader effect as well
as looking visually pleasing. I am still hoping to maybe film some of my footage at this
location, however, getting there with all of my performers and equipment may be
quite a challenge.
Ruislip Woods / The Lido:
As this location is very close to where I live I thought I could possibly take a trip here
and use it as another secondary location as due to it being rather picturesque.
