The Library Instruction Training (LIT) program at Texas A&M University aims to foster a culture of teaching excellence through various professional development activities. The program will include webinars, classes, and workshops, with a pilot launch in 2014 and a full roll-out planned for 2015. Input from library staff will be gathered through a survey to tailor instructional training efforts.
