IT managers have had to deploy these solutions to complement infrastructure monitoring solutions to get end-to-end visibility across applications and services. To understand how the APM needs of organizations have evolved in the next normal, eG Innovations and DevOps Institute conducted a survey. Over 900 software professionals - DevOps engineers, SREs, ITOps teams and system admins – shared their knowledge and thinking.
