2. PERSONAL SUMMARY
I am a proactive and enthusiastic person with Bachelor in Adult and community Education of
Kyambogo University with 2.5 year broad and Tested experience in Adult and community
education provision, Early childhood development, education/talent mentorship, Project planning
and management, community mobilization and sensitization, Training and Facilitation, strategic
planning and management, monitoring and evaluation of community development
activities/projects/programs, Report/proposal writing, business processing outsourcing/online
work/freelancing, research, transcription and data analysis, gender mainstreaming, Guidance and
Counseling, budgeting and planning, general office administration and people management. As
such I have worked with people and communities who are socially, economically excluded in
their respective capacities like the HIV positive victims, Illiterates, PWD’s, women, elderly,
children and orphans’ in different settings. I have successfully worked with individuals,
communities and organizations, all within variety of settings while possessing in-depth
understanding of relevant policies, legislations, procedures and techniques required in the field of
community development. All these has been Incorporated within extensive knowledge of
community work and adult learners principles including with persons with disabilities, techniques
and practices and their applications to complex cases, work and community issues
Therefore, this position when offered to me shall enhance my experience, knowledge and skills in
community work and development in a bid to transform our communities through providing
descent services and care in all aspects of life
3. WORK HISTORY/ EXPERIENCE
1. Currently am working with LABE Uganda Amuru district as Programs Officer (Volunteer) in
the programs office and my major roles in this capacity include;
Implementing field programs and activities in the duty area
Monitoring and evaluation of field operations and activities of the project
Tracking the bio-data of the sponsored children and their families
Monitoring the performance of home learning centers and parent educators, children and adult
learners
Disseminating the scholastic and Home learning and instructional materials to both children and
parent educators
Budgeting and Planning
Managing logistics in the office
Networking, liaising and Advocacy
Mobilization and sensitization of the community and their leaders
Attending consultative meetings and conferences on education related issues at both district and
sub-county levels and making presentations where need be on behalf of the team leader
Making learning materials like primers, story books and swinging boards for the children in the
learning centers
Building capacity of parent educators, local leaders and other education stakeholders in the area
of operations
Making monthly progress reports and time sheets, work plans and budget requirement for the
project
Attending and contributing to education programs during education sector meetings with the
district education office
Identification of program requirements through research and consultations
Organizing and conducting graduation activities for the sponsored children and adult learners

2. I worked with Sinfa-Uganda Gulu super center as Data analyst and general duties (Bpo/micro-
work department May-Dec,2015), my major roles include; Data cleaning, Analysis, Entry,
Transcription, collection, Report writing, front desk management, offering logistical support among
others.
3. Field Enrolment Officer/Interviewer in TNS Research Survey in the department of data
collection. My major roles include;
Conducting field interviews and recording the findings
Explaining the interview guides to the correspondents
