TEAM WORK SKILL
 As an experienced Worker in the social and development world, I have been working
with school Health Club, Youths group and other stakeholders by delegating
responsibilities to them, in ensuring that the objective of the events/ activities is met.
WORKING EXPERIENCE
COMMUNITY FACILITATOR
TO coordinate and give support to community people on sponsorship program and child
protection related issues in Portloko District. To ensured Plan International supported
communities within the operational areas and agreed to work in line with Plan’s Global
Strategic plans. (1st August, 2016 to present date).
 Identified, registered, assist and develop care plan for affected children
 Open case file for each affected child going through the case management system.
 Co-lead in organising trainings and supports CWCS |& CBCPMS on technical child
protection, compliance issues including: monitoring and reporting child abuse cases.
 Report all gender related issues in the district
 Attend and fully participate in all quarterly meetings and integrate gender related
issues in all project implementation.
 Report all child abuse or alleged child abuse matters directly to the child protection
focal point person
 Work closely with project coordinator to implement and ensured that project
outlines are met.
 Compliance to the codes of conduct of plan international operations
 Report by weekly, monthly and quarterly to the project coordinator within the
Program Unit
