Summary of the Activities (Responsibilities) Performed
Ensure discipline and code of conducts are maintained by all volunteers
To coordinate program activities and ensure that project activities are carried out in
line with project goals and objectives
Attend and coordinate all OPE staff meetings held on Mondays and Fridays and
ensure all accomplished activities are shared accordingly
Develop concept notes and proposal write ups for various OPE program
Support volunteer field officers in planning, arranging and organizing various
program meetings workshops and seminars
Review field data of various OPE programs and interpreting in order to inform
future programing
Conduct regular project monitoring & evaluation at field level in order to ensure the
activities carried out bringing the intended results

Supervise volunteer field officer and community facilitators/peer educators to

Supporting and supervising community facilitators to ensure that their activities are
carried out to the maximum required standards and bring the impact to the

Data collection and processing from schools, health facilities and local government
authorities within the project area for the purpose of using them in monitoring and
evaluation
Compile various program daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports ready for
sharing and ensure event activities are well documented and filed
Sensitizing & supervising the formation of village chicken farmers groups and
encouraging them to join village community Saccos.
Sharing thoughts, program success and challenges and proposing a way forward
Providing trainings and incentives to the farmers aimed at modernizing farming
activities in the project area.

Loans and agricultural inputs advancement to farmers and follow up for repayment.
Recording into the database the field progressive reports & distributing and explain
rope technology to the village.
Surveying and monitoring the performance of projects owned borehole & arranging
synergy around the project area on digging borehole
Ensuring the evidences of the expended amounts including genuine receipts,
contracts and other supporting documents are submitted to the finance office

Research and Publication
A research at Mzumbe University titled “The contributions of chickens farming
towards ensuring food security in millennium villages project; the case of Mbola
millennium village’s project”.
Project Proposal
I achieved to write a proposal to Parastals Pension Fund (PPF) on how they could
recruit new members from higher learning institution.
I achieved to write a project proposal to USAID titled “college democracy” aimed at
improving good governance and democracy practice in Tanzania.
Project Management
Founder & CEO of Native Consultants Firm, deals with undergraduate academic
research report and studies mentoring, Project designing, evaluating and advising,
Project proposal writing, Business plan, and development of project concept notes,
