 Part of a team which distributed cash to all beneficiaries under the Lively Empowerment Against
Poverty (LEAP) programme in the various beneficiary communities in the district.
 Assist in the administration of the office, maintenance and organisation of the office.
 Act as secretary during resolution of child maintenance cases and other disputes.
 Assist the District Assemblies’ Disability Fund Management Committee in selecting beneficiaries of the
fund
 Monitor and present report to the Disability Fund Management Committee on how beneficiaries of the
Disability Fund are using the funds allocated to them in the district.

 Assist in preparation of reports, correspondence and the update computer data files

 Brought on board new ideas on stock management, record keeping and cash management which
prevented theft and loss of revenue.
 Successfully trained all the workers on customer relations and consumer behaviour which led to a
significant increase in customer satisfaction and sales revenue.
