Cambodia Centre for Human Rights and Child Protection (CCHRCP) Child Rights Staff Feb 2004 - Mar 2007 Based in Phnom Penh Key Results:  Assist to Establish and strengthen positive and productive relationships with relevant government authorities, donors, partners and communities.  Assist in develop key child protection messages, conduct training; and coaching and mentoring to all CCHRCP Cambodia staff, be available to facilitate and/or assist lead training to communities and partners as requested, working to mainstream effective child protection strategies and responses in all of CCHRCP’s work  Document and report all incidents of Child Rights Policy to Executive Director cc to Program Manager and Operations Manager within established timeframes, communicating key issues and providing recommendations to respond appropriately  Review Child Rights Policy Training Materials and make necessary update as needed  Participate in the annual reflection/evaluation/planning of community child rights at the community level.  Monitor programs, location, situations where children may become more vulnerable to abuse due to changing country contexts or CCHRCP activities REFERENCES 1.
