2. Since the stress is ubiquitous; it is prevalent amongst the employers and employees also. Quite a lot has been written on the relationship between employers and the employees. But because; the solutions provided; have not been adequately holistic; have not proved effective; and the conflicts and the stress; have continued to plague us. ┬а In todayтАЩs world; our relationships (employers and employees); are found to vary from company to mill, city to village, public sector to private sector, farm to quarry and from contract system to permanent employment. Our status as employers also has become quite heterogeneous and full of contradictions; in terms of priorities and interests. A particular policy benefits some sections of employees and employers; and harms the interests of the other sections simultaneously.

This is especially evident; where the financial benefits of exploitation of developing countries profiting the employers in the affluent countries; get passed on to the employees in affluent countries! There are contradictions amongst the employers in different fields such as weapons, alcohol, tobacco, drugs, fast foods, cosmetics etc also. ┬а These facts; however; are ignored, neglected, unnoticed, unattended to or NOT resolved for one reason or another; by us; due to our non-holistic perspective and thinking! Since mere hatred and antipathy on the one hand and sectarian and individualistic petty pursuits on the other; can not help us (employees or employers); the movements for the global welfare from any of us; have not succeeded adequately. ┬а The solution to this is; possible through; inner growth and emergence of holistic perspective, pacts, policy, laws, rules, planning and programs of global unity and benevolence, through NAMASMARAN, which can free and unite (which is the essence of vision of classless society as well as the spiritual renaissance); the world divided and trapped; into warring factions! ┬а

Our opportunist and selfish pursuits or materialistic considerations (leaders, establishment or employers); and our sense of helplessness and apathy (land-less laborers, child laborers and such others); can be overcome, through NAMASMARAN; the indispensable light; irrespective of the place of darkness (a palace, a bungalow or a hut). ┬а Intellectually we can only imagine how by NAMASMARAN; we can become more benevolent to greater sections of the society and gain undefeatable strength to free ourselves and the ailing mankind; both materially and spiritually, but this can be realized; only through the practice of NAMASMARAN and not otherwise. ┬а ┬а
