The products manufactured by centrifugal casting or spin casting have a longer life because of its dense and close-grained
structure. This characteristic makes the products withstand higher stress and in the harsh environment. This also saves the
users money because of the low maintenance rate.
⬡ Zero rejects
The impurities with low densities would be driven to the inner surface by centrifugal force. And the impurities and trapped
oxides are easily to be machined off. Therefore, there is zaro rejects by centrifugal casting.

In the centrifugal casting process, it would not cause the metal waste due to the manufacturing method.

4. Process of centrifugal casting
S tep 1
The basic setup of
centrifugal casting consists
of ladle, hopper, rollers,
motor and the mould.
Step 2
The mould rotates
continuously about its axis
at high speed.
S tep 3
The super heated liquid
metal is introduced into the
center of hopper.

S tep 4
Molten metal gets poured
directly to the rotating
mould without the use of
runners or gating system
because of the centrifugal
force present in the spinning
cast mould.
S tep 5
After that molten metal is
taken out from the rotating
rollers.
S tep 6
The mould is allowed to cool
down evenly and gradually
so that the metal does not
get blistered and rendered.
