• Followers = the people who want to hear what you tweet

• Hashtag= the
numbers symbol
(#) that allows
conversation on

= (@username)
that allows you to
tweet directly to a
person

• Retweet (RT) = sending someone else’s tweet
out to your followers (they get credit)

specific topic at a specific time. Uses hashtag
