Fonts for music magazine

1. BEATZ
I like this font for the brand of the magazine as it is a cool modern
font but it is also very simple. Furthermore it is easy to read so
that people know what the magazine title is. This would be good
for the dance genre, as it looks very digital and modern. Hence the
font being modern it would appeal to the younger audience, which
the magazine is aimed at.
Beatz
I like this font, as it is very bold and would look good in
bright colours faded throughout the word. However this font
couldn’t be used in text, as some of the letters are very hard
to read, so would only fit as a masthead. This would be
appropriate for a dance music magazine as I is very stand
out and would look good in all colours. This font is very
modern so would appeal to the younger audience.
Beats
This font is very good as some of the letters are curved and
some are straight this is very relatable to dance music as it is
abstract. This will appeal to the younger audience, as it is
very modern and abstract. This would look good on the
masthead as it stands out and would catch peoples eyes,
however I’m not too sure if the fading colours would look
very good as the letters in the font aren’t very close together
meaning the faded colours wouldn’t look as good.

This font is very cool and modern and would look excellent
with the colours faded through the word as well as the white
fading up. This will appeal to the younger audience, as it is
very modern and eye catching. Further more the letters are
very close together meaning the fading colours would look
very good. However I could not be able to use this font in
normal text as the words wouldn’t be very visible because of
the white fading up the letters.
BEATZ
This font is very modern and abstract and would look great
as a masthead or as a sub heading on any page of the
magazine. For this font I would keep the middle the same
colour as the background and the outline in the fading bright
colours as this would stand out a lot and look really good
especially if the background was black. Furthermore the font
is on a sort of slant making the writing more abstract and
making it more relatable to dance music.

This font is very cool and very modern and abnormal so
would look good in a music magazine about dance music.
However for the title I feel that the font just isn’t thick
enough for the fading colours to look good so wouldn’t look
very effective on a mast head, although it would look quite

however I just couldn’t see this in a music magazine as it is
just too simple other than the circuit effect on the
background. I also don’t think that the fading colours would
look too good as the font is really thin although if the font
was different and was a bit bolder with the same effects this
would look great as any masthead on the magazine as it is so
unusual.

the font especially the way the font leans left not right making
it more abstract and making it different. The fading colours
would also look really good in the font as it is quite bold so the
colours would look really good and stand out a lot. This would
look good on the masthead as it stands out a lot and would
catch people’s attention.

This font would lookvery good for the mast head as it is very
modern and abnormal havingtwo lines aboveand belowthe
writing. However the mast head is alreadygoing to be in a box so
this font wouldn’t lookvery good in the box and on my surveys
people liked the box style so I wouldn’t want to get rid of this.
Although I’mprobablynot going to use this font on the front page
as it will make the boxes look bad,it may lookgood on another
