After the valuation received, I prefered to change
the problem that I suggested on the last lesson.
• Before: “Find a new job tha satisies her”
• Now: “How can she modify the way her boss and
co-workers value the work she made and her
performance?”

• Change the current group/team that you are working
• Talk with her boss about the discontents in the work
• Talk and discuss with the co-workers about the situation

Communication within the work is essential. The
way you talk to people shows your personality and
confidence in your own work
