This document discusses the Johari window model and its application to analyzing employee self-awareness and openness at the New India Assurance Corporation. It presents background on the four areas of the Johari window - open arena, blind arena, hidden arena, and unknown arena. A study was conducted using a questionnaire to analyze differences between male and female employees. Chi-square tests found no significant difference in openness between genders. Suggestions include conducting further training on the Johari window and performance appraisal.
