I would focus majority of my strategy
on branding. I know that branding is
how mainly people get their name out
and their product known. I will get
Kohl’s brand known by advertising
and promoting sales.
4. Target

Women from ages 25-40
Kohl’s generally make all
of their commercials to
target women, so they
must make majority of
their revenues come from
women.
5. KPI
I know that my performance is
a success when I start to see
sales incline and focus on cost
efficiency improvements and
effective cash management.
Also, just by surfing the net and
seeing how Kohl’s is performing
by word of mouth. Setting up a
face-book business page
keeping track of the likes and
also how customers are
interacting with brand on social
sites.
6. Social media is the big
focus for my product.
Having people’s
opinions on new
products and being
able to upload a photo
so that I would be able
to tell what new item is
“hot” and what type of
layout I should focus
on.
7. Tactics
I would mainly advertise to this target
group where I feel would best fit
them. Since Kohl’s is coming out with
a new collection that I feel best fits
business attire, I would do ads that
would relate to business and work.
