8. This standard is a reiteration of differentiation. Although,
in this case, it refers to the different ethnical and cultural
differences that many of us will undoubtedly face. Such as
multi-lingual students, different views on education
between cultures, and varying factors within the
community. Along with these issues, the standard stresses
the need for the teacher to able to deal and work with
these issues.
