Purpose
Supplement state education with a maturity education framework
To supplement state education with a curriculum framework that provides learning communities with
an affective basis for the examination, exploration and mastery of principles that foster internal
maturity.To cultivate students’ consciousness and cognition of the emotional, mental, physical,
psychological, social and spiritual dimensions to their maturity which form the basis of their personal
character, attitude and resilience.
Initiate and support the delivery of AM I ME programme in learning
communities
To deliver versatile and individualised programmes that complement, as well as supplement, the
efforts at strengthening and improving upon the wellbeing of students. To promote a collaborative,
explicit and integrative approach to character education through arts, music and movement.
Establish and promote the AM I ME community and its initiatives via online
platform/s
To provide teachers with services and support that encourages them to implement maturity education
in their classrooms without becoming overwhelmed. To foster healthy cooperative relationships which
inspire people to envision and actualize a more peaceful and sustainable world for themselves and
future generations – a world where happiness is attainable without hurting self, others or the
environment.
Conduct and inspire future research
To conduct research on the human development of character and internal maturity. To increase
awareness and understanding of the impact character and maturity have on decision-making,
engagement, experiences, opportunities and relationships.
