1. COSTUMEAND PROP RESEARCH
AND CONSIDERATION
For my front cover the prop that I wanted my model to be wearing was a formal hat
because the magazine that I wanted to copy had that on there model, also I wanted my
model to be dressed in formal wear as the model in the magazine I was copying did too I
also made sure my model was wearing glasses to fit the codes and conventions of the
magazine I was copying and I also needed to ensure that the image was a large as the
whole page in order for me to copy the other magazine. For my contents page I wanted a
close up image of the face of my model and for the second photo I wanted it to be more
zoomed out and I also wanted the images to be one under the other. In my DPS I wanted
one side of it to be an image and the other side to be the text related to the model in the
image I had used. I also wanted my model to be wearing some sort of chain as the model in
the one I was copying did however I could not find one.
