My sketches for my poster
1.
2. Draft 1
With my first draft of my poster for my trailer you
can see that the layout for this draft of my poster is
quite basic and simple. I did this for my first draft
to see how effective my poster would look to the
target audience and whether this poster would
persuade the target audience to watch the trailer.
With this draft of my magazine you can see that I
have followed the conventions of a normal
professional poster were I have placed the title and
a sub-heading at the top of the page and a
paragraph and image underneath. With following
the conventions of a professional poster then this
will make my poster be as effective as it can be on
my target audience.
3. Draft 2
With my second draft of my poster for my trailer
you can see that the layout for this draft of my
poster is quite like my first draft of my poster. As I
wanted to follow the conventions of a professional
magazine which would make my poster stand out
to the target audience in the most effective way
possible. By using the same kind of layout it made
my poster be effective on the target audience and
with this second draft of my poster I thought that
the different elements I used made the poster
more effective on the target audience and with
this it would persuade the target audience to want
to watch the trailer for this film.
4. Draft 3
With my third draft of my poster I thought I should
create a draft were I didn't follow the conventions
of a professional poster. I did this to see how my
poster look and how effective this draft of the
poster would be on the target audience. With this
draft been completely different to the conventions
of a professional magazine I thought that this
would make the poster stand out from the other
poster and with this it would draw the target
audience to this magazine and would persuade
them to want to watch the trailer for the film that I
was trying to promote on my magazine.
