Systems Manager and Planner
Bagram Airfield
Managed a total work force of over 213 personnel consisting of both military and civilian contractors. Was responsible for
daily operations that included contract negotiations, sensitive major equipment and component purchasing, logistical
planning, Kaizen operations following Lean procedures, personnel contract planning and recommendations, cost analysis
of product and contract budgeting, and movement planning of major end equipment. Performed cost benefit and
economic evaluations of projected programs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams in support of acquisitions
Facilitated in the negotiating a multi million-dollar contract that covered a two-year period, saving the US
Government 1.2 million dollars in equipment purchases.

Conduct training programs for hand receipt holders. Insures PR-Web inputs are electronically processed for contracted
items, and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) is used as a contract payment tool. Insures the maintenance of document
registers, suspense files, and monitors and approves all transactions affecting the property book. Ensures compliance
with the current Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDA). Reviews requisitions and lateral transfer records. Performed
cost benefit and economic evaluations of projected programs. Providing acquisition actions to include creating and
monitoring budgets, evaluating and monitoring contracts, and estimating costs; (2) providing presentations to explain
acquisition and budgetary information; AND (3) providing guidance regarding acquisition actions

circuit elements with common and system-peculiar test equipment for deficiencies and malfunctions. Repairs, removes,
and/or replaces defective components and parts of these systems. Inspects, tests, and adjusts system components and
test equipment to specific tolerances. Determines serviceability and disposition of Radar system assemblies,
subassemblies, and parts. Performs initial, in-process, on- site technical, and quality control inspections. Prepares and
