2. Me and humaira gave tea and coffee out to every helpers in the Morning. We also got the are exhibition ready the day before and added the extra bits on the day. At first on the day of the festival everyone who was helping out with the festival came in at 9.00 to get everything sorted and hand in more leaflets around the area to remind them about the festival. We got the hall and the rooms ready for the audience.
3. The art exhibition Me and Humaira and the art group organised to collect the art work from other students so we could display it in festival. The day before festival Me and Humaira displayed all the paintings up in the art exhibition and there wasn’t that many work so we decided to put our clay pots that we made in artefact. Every one of the audiences enjoyed looking at our art works and some admired our clay pots.
4. Also the things were happening were also getting them self ready, such as the east end women’s institute and the cinema room getting the popcorn and everything sorted for festival. Like I mention before the people who were voluntary helpers and the creative and media class came in early to get everything ready for the festival. As you can se above that the performers are practicing and get them self ready all the technical things for their performance, also one last rehearsals before the show.
5. The audience slowly started to arrive at 11.10 although the gates were open at 11.00. most people went to the balloon maker and facing painting as there were lot of young children who came to the festival.
6. There was quite a few performance and there lot of audience watching the performance that was happening in the hall stage. Also there was audience who performed and contributed to the performance. they were joining in.
7. The east end women’s institute were selling cup cakes and other food that the audience could buy and have. We had the east end women’s institute in one room and set some table’s up so the audience can sit there and have snacks.
8. Most audience enjoyed the manicure and face painting. Face painting and manicure room was packed with lot young audience and most of them waited for while to get theirs done. The improvement we could of done is that have two people doing this so there would been less waiting for audience to do.
9. There was so many stuff that was going on in festival such has bouncy castle, archery, film room where there was free popcorn being given, photo shoot and many more that the audience could enjoy there day in the festival. Most children's enjoyed bouncy castle and archery. It was fun watching people and also trying it out . Every one enjoyed it.
10. There were many for stuff that happened on the day of festival. Also there were lot of audience that had a good time with there friends and family.
