The document provides an evaluation of a photo shoot for three dresses designed by the author. They felt they did well producing the dresses but were unsure they could complete the task. The photographs turned out well with the model looking great in each dress. To improve, the author would use multiple models so they wouldn't have to redo hair and makeup for each dress on one model, which was time consuming. Having more models would allow everything to be done simultaneously for the photo shoot. Strengths included the dress designs and good photography, while weaknesses were taking a long time and occasionally cutting fabric incorrectly, requiring extra material.
Customers literally choose from thousands of options – and most of them have very little to do with functionality. However, that doesn’t make these decisions unimportant by any means. The selection of a watch, a bracelet, a pair of glasses or many other items reflects deep-seated values and beliefs about appearance and the consumer’s identity. We can think of the body as a canvas, where the shopper chooses from a “palette” of accessory items, apparel, footwear, cosmetics and other products to paint a picture s/he wants the world to see at a fixed moment in time. Fashion marketers need to dig deeper if they want to sync their offerings with what their customers seek.
In this presentation, we’ll look at some of the powerful cultural forces that drive fashion statements. Then we’ll focus on the individual consumer and her motivations to accessorize. We’ll examine some of the important factors that influence what that “self-portrait” looks like, including feelings about the body, peer pressure, celebrity endorsements and the messages our culture sends about what men and women need to look like. We’ll also consider how new technologies such as social media communities, wearable computing and augmented reality will color this picture in the near future.

Evaluation on fashion design
1. Evaluation on fashion design (photo shoot)
I thought I did well of producing three dress which was something new for and I had feeling that I won’t be able make it however I turned that great and I thought I done a good job of it. The photograph came out amazing and it looked great on the model I picked out.
If I had the chance to improve it I would have more model as it took a really long time to do the make- up, hair style in each dress I had to take the make-up and re do it for the next one same with the hair style it waste a lot of time, so therefore I could improve it by having three model for each dresses so I could do everything at the same time and take the photos. Also there was only on model and I thought she did feel really tired because I had to do all the things again.
The strengths were the design of the dresses and photography because it makes it look really nice and stands out. Also it was easier to focus on one size as I had only one model and it was easier for to make it.
Hair styleMake-upAnd when I took the photograph in different styles i did the head scarf style. Also adding accessorises that suited design. The weakness was I thought it took really long making and sometime I use to cut the fabric wrong therefore I needed to but it again with extra fabrics so if I do make a mistake I could fix it. Also i thing my other weakness was getting two model or help out as i had everything to do on the fashion design such as
I also made the background where we had the photo shoot.
