YOUR FIRST GRADERS ARE ROCKIN’ RECYCLERS
Your students are hard at work tackling one of the biggest projects of the year. Students
are divided into four different groups and each group is in charge of recycling a certain
product: aluminum, plastic, paper, and glass. They must plan how they will publicize their
recycling event and get people from the community involved. By the end of the unit, the
students will have better developed their computer, math, and social skills through this one
particular project.
