outside world and left with nothing more than her concealed diary entries and the horrid yellow
wallpaper of her bedroom. Although John seemingly wants the best for his wife, his dismissiveness
towards her mental state and solicitations necessarily cause her to become deranged; her breakdown
is a result of feeling powerless as she is encaged in a house she does not care for, restricted from her
activities, and her inability to communicate effectively. In addition to placing his wife on bed rest,
John mediates that renting a colonial mansion during the summer will help her recuperate. While in

Abstract– Voltage instability is one of the major power system problems which have appeared since
the existence of the power systems. This paper investigates the performance of Recurrent Neural
Networks (RNN) in voltage instability early prediction. Voltage instability early detection is
necessary for avoiding voltage collapse which can lead to power system fast breakdown. In this
research, the bus voltage phase is considered as the main factor of power system voltage instability
early detection. Voltage instability leads to a considerable change in the difference between the
consecutive buses voltage angles. A recurrent neural network trained with Particle Swarm
Optimization (PSO) is proposed in this paper. The proposed method is examined on 14–bus and 30–
bus IEEE standard systems. These systems are simulated using MATLAB/Power System Toolbox
program. The performance of the proposed method is compared with Back–propagation (BP)
training algorithm.

unstable, with leaders like Bastista serving as puppets to U.S. interests.

The rise of Militant Islam in Somalia occurred in the mid 1990's with the alliance of a group of
Muslim legal scholars, clan leaders and business men operating in piracy, who comprised four
primary sects of leadership, based upon clan and regional affiliation. These four sects merged to
form the Supreme Islamic Courts Council (SICC), and operated with success until it was defeated in
2006 by Transnational Federal Government. The SICC broke apart resulting in splinter terrorist
organizations which are now tied to the present rise in piracy off the coast of Somalia. Dissentions

Now that an analysis have been provided with a background of research regarding the composition
and reason for militant groups, the research will focus on the case study to test whether these
theories modelled remain true within a radical group itself. To reiterate, the conflict analysis will
focus on a discussion of the dynamics and origins of the group power, group identity and group
purpose, and societal effects of the group. These findings will discuss the role of Islamic extremism,
funding by piracy, clan based fighting, and governmental factors which influenced the fall of the
Somali state.

The destabilization of the gold standard can be attributed to the extreme domestic economic and
financial pressures brought on nation states by World War I, and not solely on the industrial and
economic demise of Britain. A valid explanation for the origins of financial instability are the

Ukraine, after witnessing the annexation of its Western segment, Crimea, is facing an uphill task
trying to solve the problem of the unstable human resource. In addition, the constant rebellion by the
pro–Russian separatist is threatening the investment atmosphere in Ukraine. Russia, on the other
hand, suffers from the global problem for its acts of aggression against Ukraine. The Russians are
