Presentation
Dilemma:
Three classmates from the business administration degree course decide to do their degree
thesis together. They must decide on the subject they will address. Alonso proposes that they
work on blockchain because he works with that service. Javier proposes that they work on
artificial intelligence because that is trendy. And Dora proposes that they work on data science,
as it is very much related to the course.

Importance level:
Very important, because their purpose is to raise the thesis very well
and win it.

Uncertainty level
Very important, because at the time of esocger the subject
choose a very complicated one to raise and put them at risk of
losing the thesis.
The best that could happen:
Choose the topic that best suits them and write a very good
thesis and win it.
The worst that could happen:
Choose the topic that best suits them and write a very good thesis and win it.

What my intuition says:
Choose the subject data science, because it has to do with the career they are
studying, and they already have knowledge on the subject and it is more likely to do a
good thesis and win it.

Pros and cons

Conclusion based on my intuition:
To be a group with a lot of union in order to analyze well the topic that best favors us, to
propose a very good thesis and learn a lot about the subject and thus all contribute to the
completion of the work.

Rational conclusion:

Have an organization so that they choose the theme that
seems best and fits the theme they are seeing, taking into
account the alternative information they have collected
Decision:
The best decision for the group should be to begin to be united in selecting the topic to
better do their work. From my intuition your best decision would be to choose the
topic related to your career, in the first place because they already have knowledge of
the subject, they know how to raise it very well and they are more likely to approve
your thesis.

Steps to follow:
Always be in union and communication to better do any job.
Always contribute the best.
Be organized in everything we do.

Alonso proposes that they work on blockchain because he works with that service. Javier proposes that they work on artificial intelligence because that is trendy. And Dora proposes that they work on data science, as it is very much related to the course. 2
  • 3. Importance level: Very important, because their purpose is to raise the thesis very well and win it. 3

  • 7. What my intuition says: Choose the subject data science, because it has to do with the career they are studying, and they already have knowledge on the subject and it is more likely to do a good thesis and win it. 7
