2. My three favorite discussions &

My top favorite discussion is the one on stress the reason for that is because I'm the worlds worst
about stressing over everything no matter what is it. I learned in this coarse how to cope with stress
as well how to lower my stress levels. The most important thing I learned in the stress discussion is
how to know when I'm stressed because I'm so use to stress that I don’t even realize that I'm
stressed.
My favorite assignment would be the scavenger hunt the reason for that is because it showed me
a lot of thing about the college that I did not know. For example the life center I didn’t know
anything about that. Secondly would be the writing lab and what they help with. Last thing would
be math hub which is very helpful.
My third favorite was the career movement because I found it interesting that it choose the right
career. Another thing I liked about this one is it gave me some ideas to other career options if for
some reason I couldn’t handle doing the trauma center work. Last would be because I feel like it
opened my mind to what I need to do to accomplish my goal.
3. My three favorite journals
MY most favorite would have to be the self assessment journal because I feel like it helped
teach me some things that I need to work on to better myself. As well as seeing how
much of a difference in each different area and how my scores were broke down. The last
would be finding out that I have more self management than what I thought I did.
Second would be chapter 8 journal entry 29 because it showed my different emotions and
how I managed them. Second reason is because it honestly helped me cope on my own
level with the issue I was having. The third would be because it showed me the
importance In emotions.
My third favorite was the final self assessment because it showed me my progression from
the beginning to the end. The second reason it because it showed me that I can continue
to work on me as a person. The last is because it also helped me understand even better
that I can accomplish what I put my mind to.
4. My favorite week
My favorite week would have to be week number 4 because my favorite thing in
this class was my journal entry's . The main reason is also because it talked a lot
about stress and stress is one of my biggest issues.

6. My self assessment scores
Accepting personal responsibility my first score was a 66 and my second was a 78 .
Discovering self motivation my first score was a 68 and my second score was a 80. On
mastering self management my first score was a 76 and my second was a 75. On
employing interdependence my first score was a 58 and my second was a 55. On gaining
self awareness my first score was a 73 and my second was a 80. On adopting lifelong
learning my first score was a 62 and my second was a 80. On developing emotional
intelligence my first score was a 53 and my second was a 61. On believing in myself my
first score was 60 and my second was a 65.
By doing these self assessments I have learned that I am struggling the most with
emotional intelligence at the beginning of the coarse but I'm getting better. I also learned
that I'm pretty good at discovering self motivation . Another thing that is shows I'm good
at is adopting lifelong learning.
7. My next move
One of the things I learned from this assignment is what all courses that I need to
become a registered nurse.
Another thing I learned is there is so many different job opportunities for a nurse.
One of the great things I learned is about the pay for a registered nurse.
Last but not least is is that with the questions it asked me my career matched
exactly what they said.
