 What materials are used in renovations at our own location?
 Can we reuse materials from other projects?
 Can materials be combined from other projects in the region?
 What materials can go back to the manufacturer or dealer?
 What are the costs and benefits?
 What impact will the demolition have on the environment?
 Do we have to demolish the Dijkzigt or is redevelopment a more
profitable option (financial and environmental)?
