your media product?

2. For my media product I feel my audience is very general but would mainly be for 15-30
year olds who have main interest in Rap/Soul music but also into other forms of music
such as indie. I feel that even though it started off gender neutral I believe my
magazine will primarily be aimed at a male audience around the C1, C2 even the B
categories on the jicnars scale. Which means that my magazine is applicable to a wide
range of classes to people who are from the lower middle classes and to also upper
middle class. My magazine is aimed at individualists who believe in unique music and
want to be on the forefront of music by ‘discovering’ new talent.
My audience are likely to hang around in town with each other and will wear clothing
such as corduroy and chinos and mainly beige cloths.
My audience are more likely to listen to old school rap than today's modernised songs.
My audience are more likely to shop at independent record stores than to shop at
HMV and other major stores.
