1. First of all, I opened the photo/ image that
I wanted to be integrated into the text and
then duplicated this layer.
2. I then created an empty layer between the two
identical photographed and filled it in
white.
3. Next, I added a text layer and typed the text
I wanted in the style, size and font that I
thought would be most effective.
4. I then resized and shaped it until it was the best
size for the image to fit, making sure that enough of
the image is behind the text and that it won’t
interfere with any of the edges of the text.
5. Next, I had to create a clipping layer on the
duplicated photograph with the text layer underneath
it in order for the process to be successful.
6. This is the result of the process, however if I was
to use this as part of my product it would need to be
somewhat darker in order for it to have continuity...
7. ...Therefore I added in a black layer in between the
clipped text and the bottom layer to create a logo
that could be more suitable for my product.
