 Investment Advisory: Develop and oversee relationships with High Net-worth Individual, conduct meeting with
clients to assess strategies based on objectives and risk profile, identify opportunities, and prepare customized asset
allocation suggestion. Successfully explain and promote complex financial products to clients.
 Banking Operations: Maximizing customer satisfaction level by on time delivery of services, monitoring customer
complaints, providing efficient services. Mapping business requirements and coordinating in developing and
implementing processes in line with the pre-set guidelines.
 Finacle Customer Relationship Management: Knowledge and exposure of FCRM as end User. Creating new
service requests like TDS certificate, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking and ATM card related issues for a client.
Tracking and checking the status of request in FCRM.
