5. Summary Paragraph
The results have allowed me to find out that my original genre and type of
magazine is appropriate for the type of age group I am targeting, this is
because my results have expressed the type of magazine people would prefer.
Find out the different colours schemes is important as it allows me to choosea
housestyle that is appropriate and preferred by the audience. The different
artists that werenamed fit into the type of genreI am aiming to focus on, for
example Alternate Rock includes bands such as Greenday, Paramore, and
ACDC e.c.t. I therefore know that I have chosen a genre that is suitable for both
the target audience but also would be a popular style due to preferences of
the magazines Kerrang and Rock Sound; this tells me I need to try and usea
similar formatto those for I will ensureI have the audience’s attention. I have
received significant feedback on the types of image people would like to see
this gives me ideas for whatI should include on the front cover- this feedback
is ensuring I can grasp the audience’s attention for I have first-hand opinions
on whatis preferred. I also know that the gender is not specific for this type of
magazine for both genders have shown interestin the same music and colours-
this means there is not a specific gender I need to focus on. Instead I ensureI
am using the right techniques and take the feedback and use it to make a
suitable and memorable magazine for the audience.
