Project Description:
Collecting Public disclosures from secondary sources (Regulator authority, Company site) and
adjusting the each security information based on the corporate actions which we will be updated
from high-end market advisor IDC. We will cross validate the prices with Secondary sources and
BLOOMBERG terminal.

2. We review and enhance all 13F ownership ourselves and believe our data to be more accurate
and thorough as compared to vendors. If compared to vendor’s data, clients will notice many
differences, as Ipreo combines and separates the data, based on our own proprietary research.
We associate the assets to the actual asset manager.
Responsibilities:
• Researching on Corporate actions like Mergers and Acquisitions, Split offs, Spin offs,
Bankruptcy, Delisting, Cash Dividend, etc which gives us an insight about the variation
in the assets of the Institutional Investors.
• Retrieving 13F filing data from SEC website into the Orion application, Using Advanced
Excel functions like IF, Index, Match etc and Data Validation (Text to columns) to
retrieve the data if the filing is not reported in proper alignment.
• Handling various types (from different sources) of queries, this involves in depth research
where the data will be getting deviated. Includes researching on single firm where the
overall position is not consistent with other competitors.

Cognizant Technologies Services Private Ltd (Formerly UBS Service Centre (India) Pvt
Ltd)
Currently working as a Senior Process Executive in Prime Brokerage Margins division of
Collateral and treasury operations and SBL (Stock Borrow Loan) from May 28, 2014 to till date.
“Prime brokerage” is a service where providing the bundled package of services to the hedge
funds. The financial services are different from one hedge fund to other hedge fund based on
their country of risk.
“Contract compare” is a process of reconciling the trades based on price, margin and type etc.
which helps both the parties for month end billing.
Job Profile:
• Prime Brokerage Margins process supports all the regions 24*5 across the globe (US, EMEA
and APAC). As part of the process we work on various margining and Settlement systems.
• Pricing securities of all types viz., Equities, Fixed income securities (Corporate and

processing and Issuing and resolving Margin Calls.

needs (initiate transactions and approve disbursements) of collateral movements between PB

• We perform reconciliation activities with the help of PIRUM and EQUILEND platforms

• Directly interact with clients with the help of phone and Mail to clear the break which
occurred due to incorrect data updating from Counter party side.
