Joined SIMUSA in April 2015 as Business as Mission Point Person for

Banking Experience Summary
 Senior Vice President with full responsibility for directing the
planning, staffing (28 FTE), budgeting and operations of a global
wireless and mobility services unit for a $2 trillion financial
institution. Scope of responsibility was diverse and included all
purchasing, vendor management, product development,
distribution, inventory control, and device retirement/disposal for
over 70,000 wireless devices.
 Using Design for Six Sigma Black and Green Belt initiatives,
introduced continuous improvement in quality management and
savings. Results included 75% reduction in time to market for
product delivery, increase in client satisfaction, 25% reduced labor
cost by $1.5 million annually.
 Eliminated all device disposal costs through vendor management
agreements which resulted in $50K of annual income versus
annual disposal fee. Included community support program by
donating some devices to Shelter for Battered Women nation-wide
providing $90K worth of savings for the shelters.
 Re-negotiated three major vendor agreements representing $60
million of wireless expenses for a 15% reduction over previous year
cost.
