The Enterprise Billing system supports premiums receivable, billing and payables processing for all lines of Property
and Casualty business for the 21st Century Insurance Group. The application accepts and processes payments from
various sources (e.g. in person, EFT, by mail, credit card, Internet, etc.), applying company business rules for late
payments and payments unequal to balances due. It offers customers a choice of multiple flexible payment plans. It
provides interfaces to all business channels which can be used for bill presentation, inquiry or payments.
• Participated in JAD sessions and requirement capture meetings, attended cross-functional team meetings to
develop and implement business solutions.
• Created and reviewed Use-Cases, Functional and Technical Specifications and test case documents.
• Assisted with Cost-Benefit and Impact analysis for projects and change requests.
• Maintained over 400 billing rules developed using ILOG JRules. Enhanced rules to use advanced features like
decision trees and tables, rule flows and functions.
• Developed/Supported interfaces to receive and process payment files from external vendors.
