• Participated in the formulation of the global investment strategy including preparing drafts for the Global Investment
Strategy document that outlines PIIA’s outlook for the global financial markets and is used as an investment guideline by
local investment, sales and marketing teams.
• Analyzed, tested and critiqued PIIA’s global and regional asset allocation models. Prepared reports describing the
working of the models, for European and emerging markets equities & bonds, and suggested improvements to enhance
the operational efficiency of the models.
• Attributed the outperformance and underperformance of stocks within the India equity portfolio to stock specific news;
prepared a report summarizing the findings.
• Automated the process for updating macroeconomic data and broker forecasts that are used as inputs in the global
