• Gather Business requirements using various elicitation techniques which involve detailed
discussions with business users, stakeholders and SME’s
• Be a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
• Understand and analyze the current state of the project and come up with a process flow for the
new system keeping the current process in mind.
• Decide on the remediation approach and timelines for existing clients in all affected systems.
• Communicate and interact on a regular basis, with project managers on the development of the
team during various stages of the project.
• Exhibit knowledge of the following technologies: Core Java, JSP, Java script, UNIX, Single Sign-On,
LDAP, Web & Application Servers, MS Office in order to understand the limitations and foresee
the challenges during the integration of Application to Bank’s SSO suite.
• Skilled in understanding the business as well as technical requirements with delivering successful
projects for undertaken clients.
• Perform analysis to determine and verify business requirements and functional design.
• Always used a pragmatic approach, never afraid to ask challenging questions. Fast to gain an
understanding and insight into the existing ways of working, structures and needs. Ability to extract
hidden requirements, get to the root of the problems and still see the “whole picture”, patterns,
interdependencies in complex businesses systems and to develop balanced, commercially aware
solutions and options.
• Collaboration with developers, testers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision
and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
• Understand the business drivers to create solutions to match the business vision acted as an
interface between IT, the business and the suppliers.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high
level information into details, abstract up from low level information to a general understanding
and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
• Focus on developing/executing a road-map to better leverage and accommodate changing
business structure.
• Responsible for analyzing the needs of the business and its customers and coming up with
solutions to business problems.

2. • Understand the dynamics of the changing business environment, identify the issues; see them
through to resolution, making appropriate decisions based on the analysis, suggest process
improvements on a frequent basis.
• Serve as a direct liaison to functional process owners to translate/prioritize requirements; plan,
prioritize and manage projects.
• My ‘ITLV3 Foundation certified’ background has enabled me to become a Team Lead, with high
proficiency in technical and people management skills.
• Has an excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact professionally with
all the stakeholders, Business users, Business relationship managers, senior managers and fellow
team members.
