 Next, major customers are identified and their representatives asked
to be part of the review. 
 After program training, the 720 degree service provider, an objective
third party, interviews the customer to determine the quality of the

 All internal and external input is compiled, analyzed and presented to
the executive.

  • #2 We have all seen cartoons depicting the owl that can turn his head 180 degrees to the left and 180 degrees to the right. But in reality, an owl can only turn his head 270 degrees — not in a full circle. Full circle or not, it's still a good range of vision. I'm sure you're wondering what this has to do with your business. But consider this. An owl lives in a very competitive environment.
