Oral communication is established between two or more people,
has as a means of transmission speech and as a code a language.
Each technique used for the purpose of exchanging ideas has a
very varied field of application, among which are: personal, social,
professional, political or scientific, among others.
-Natural capacity.
-Bidirectionality.
-Fleeting carácter.
-Informal context.
-Performance errors.
-Possibility of doubt and rectification.
-Diversity Reflection.
-Body and proxemic support.
The process by which living beings exchange gases
with the external environment is called respiration. It
consists of the entry of oxygen into the body of a living
being and the exit of carbon dioxide from it. It is
indispensable for the life of aerobic organisms.
-ABDOMINAL BREATH: Abdominal breathing It is the most common. We
have to focus on the abdomen.
Inspiration. The diaphragm falls when air enters the lungs.
-COSTAL BREATH: Inspiration. We fill the middle region inspiring and
dilating our thorax. If we combine it with the previous one (abdominal
breathing) we will see that the penetration of air into the lungs becomes
deeper and more complete.
-CLAVICULAR BREATH:Clavicular breathing Our attention should now
focus on the highest part of the lungs and very specifically on our clavicles.
-Deep breathing: The easiest exercise to perform from those presented here.
Basically it serves to calm down after a situation of stress or effort.
-Diaphragmatic / abdominal breathing: This exercise is also very simple. It is
similar to the previous one, but in this case the breathing will be abdominal.
-Full breath: This type of breathing combines in a single technique deep and
abdominal breathing. The process begins with the expulsion of all the air from
the lungs.
-Alternate breathing through the nostrils or Nadi Shodhana: This technique
generally applied in the world of yoga is based on the alternation between the
nostrils when it comes to inspire.
-Breath for anger control
This type of exercise is especially indicated in situations that provoke anger, in
order to control it.
-Intonation is the variation in the pitch of the voice
with which a sentence is pronounced. The tone or, in
acoustic terms, the fundamental frequency, Fₒ,
articulates jointly with the frequency of vibration of
the vocal folds.
La dicción es la forma de emplear las palabras para
formar oraciones, ya sea de manera oral o escrita. Se
habla de buena dicción cuando el empleo de dichas
palabras es correcto y acertado en el idioma al que
estas pertenecen, sin atender al contenido o
significado de lo expresado por el emisor.
